In 2016, I was honored to be named a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC). Since 2007, I have been leading a team of chemists and chemical engineers to commercialize a chemical technology for upgrading heavy, sour crude oil. I spent the early 2000's leading a team developing electro-optical materials for GE Global Research in Niskayuna, NY. And I spent most of the 90's in college. And prior to that, I floated on parachutes in the 82nd Airborne!
I believe that to be successful, you need to effectively harness your experience, education, and technical abilities; as well as continue to leverage the resources of those you supervise, mentor, and coordinate their talent towards a unified strategic objective.
Most of my professional career has been focused on new process and product development whether as an individual contributor, in technical leadership, and in strategic leadership roles. I have a recognized strength in intellectual property strategy, development, and portfolio management.
